when it rains it pours!

I haven't blogged again in quite a while. It just seems like I have so much going on! Travis left for training October 31st so I've been trying to get used to things without him here to help me everyday.

Just when I think thing are going pretty good my mom goes into the hospital last week. She was having trouble breathing, can't stop puking, and just not feeling well at all. Turns out she had fluid in and around her lungs since her kidneys are getting worse. So they started her on dialysis early and she started doing better.. She was home for a few days and now she's back again because she's retaining fluid again, hasn't peed in days and just looked really bad!

Its a 45minute drive to the hospital from here and my mom is in the cardiac unit again so I decided the best thing to do would be to leave Blake at my in-laws house to go visit my mom. There's just not enough for a 2 year old to do in the hospital before tantrums are thrown and nurses get annoyed! lol I tried multiple times lastnight and today to get ahold of my inlaws to see if they could watch him but no answer. Finally when I got ahold of them I learn that my mother in law was also at the same hospital because she was having chest pains lastnight.

I was seriously thinking "what else can possibly go wrong?!" when my son wakes up and tells me he peed through his diaper and my bed was soaked again for the 4th time this week and then less than a half hour later the dog pukes all over the hallway carpet so I had to steam clean a huge orangy-yellow spot out of the tan carpet..

Pleeeaaase let the rest of this week go better than the past few day!!
